The most important relationship in our lives is the relationship we have with ourselves. In this 90-minute workshop, participants will learn the science behind their inner dialogue and strategies to tame their negative self-talk.
Build confidence and finally step into your full potential. If self-doubt or imposter syndrome holds you back, you won’t want to miss this one!
Prior to the workshop, participants will complete the Positive IntelligenceⓇ Saboteur Assessment.

Foundhers Circle
Rotating Tuesdays each month from 6:00pm - 8:00pm (ish)

Join fellow female-identifying humans to share ideas, make connections, and build on the collective knowledge of each other.
WHO: All female-identifying humans who are looking to connect with like-minded women in a safe and comfortable environment.
WHAT: A 2-hour circle that’s simply meant for sharing and supporting each other. There is no set agenda, and things may change each month depending on who shows up and what each person needs.
WHEN: Rotating Tuesdays every 4-6 weeks.
WHERE: Georgetown Collective, a co-working and community space located in Redding's historic Georgetown center.
WHY: Because everyone needs a hype squad, and we’re here to help you build yours!
HOW MUCH: These circles are pay-what-you-can. The suggested donation is $20 per circle, and the proceeds be donated to an organization that works to foster female empowerment, education, and/or equality. A different organization will be chosen each month.
